Dear InfiRayOutdoor (hereinafter referred to as app) users, welcome to the app provided by Hefei Yingrui System Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Yingrui"). Our app is used to assist our thermal imager products (hereinafter referred to as products).

Respecting your personal privacy is our basic principle. We hereby explain in detail the access content of the app to your personal privacy and provide explanations. We will take various measures to protect your privacy and personal data.

1、Permission description

• Camera: when you feed back questions, you can choose a camera to take pictures.
• Recording: when you record the video of the thermal imager, you can choose to use the microphone of the mobile phone to synthesize the video with sound.
• Location: when you watch the thermal imager image, you can record the current location for taking photos and recording video for later viewing.
• Storage: when you watch the image of the thermal imager, you can save the camera and recorded video to the local storage, or export the file of the thermal imager to the local storage.
• Device identifier: mobile identification code (IMEI), Android_ID. it allows us to obtain the device information of the mobile phone when we feed back questions. We will also collect the model of supporting products and equipment used by users to form user information together.
• Call: communicate with customer service by telephone.
• VPN service: Some mobile phones will be disconnected to Internet after connecting to the device's WiFi. Through the local VPN function, other apps can access the Internet and can be used for playback.

3、Information use

After obtaining your data, the app will upload it to the company's server in Hefei to generate your user product information. Using this information, we can know the user's current thermal imager and mobile phone model, so as to timely and accurately track the user's problems in product use.

4、Information disclosure

• This program will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party.
• Disclosure to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions.
• If you violate the relevant laws and regulations of China or the service agreement or relevant rules of this procedure, you need to disclose it to a third party.

5、Information storage

The information about you collected by our app will be saved on our local server in Hefei, China. Except for laws and regulations and mandatory requirements of government authorities, this app will not publicly disclose your personal information.
