Dear INREII (hereinafter referred to as app) users, welcome to use this app(hereinafter referred to as "we" or "INREII"). Our app is used to assist our thermal imager products (hereinafter referred to as products).

Respecting your personal privacy is our basic principle. We hereby explain in detail the access content of the app to your personal privacy and provide explanations. We will take various measures to protect your privacy and personal data.

1. Permission description

• Camera: when you feed back questions, you can choose a camera to take pictures.
• Recording: when you record the video of the thermal imager, you can choose to use the microphone of the mobile phone to synthesize the video with sound.
• Location: Some devices need to connect to the internet to obtain local atmospheric pressure information in order to determine accurate altitude.
• Storage: when you watch the image of the thermal imager, you can save the camera and recorded video to the local storage, or export the file of the thermal imager to the local storage.
• Call: communicate with customer service by telephone.
• Read the device IP: The App will read the network information to determine whether it is a thermal imaging camera device network, thereby discovering the device.

2. Information Collection and Usage

The app does not collect any information related to the phone or user, such as geographic location. It only collects the model name and software version of the connected device.After obtaining your data, the app will upload it to the company's server in Hefei to generate your user product information. Using this information, we can know the user's current thermal imager, so as to timely and accurately track the user's problems in product use.

3. Information disclosure

• This program will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party.
• Disclosure to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions.
